Before Work Begins
If you cancel before our team has started designing your invitation, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Work Has Started
Once design work has begun, a partial refund may be offered depending on the stage of progress, at our discretion, minus any work already completed.
After Delivery
Since each invitation is custom-built around your details, we do not offer refunds once your final invitation has been delivered and approved. Included revision rounds remain available during this stage instead.
Revisions vs Refunds
If something isn't quite right, we'd always rather fix it than refund it — please use your included revision rounds first, and talk to us if you need more help than expected.
Bespoke / Custom Projects
Custom invitation projects are quoted individually, and refund terms for these are agreed upon at the time of quotation.
