To create your invitation, we collect the details you share with us directly — names, event dates, venue information, photographs, wording, music preferences and contact details (phone/WhatsApp and email).
How We Use It
Your information is used only to design, personalise and deliver your invitation, and to communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Photographs You Share
Photographs you provide are used solely within your invitation. They are not reused for any other invitation or shared publicly without your permission, except as a portfolio sample if you separately agree to that.
Guest Information
If your invitation includes an RSVP feature, guest responses (name and attendance status) are visible to you as the host, so you can plan your event.
Data Retention
Invitation content and event details are retained for as long as your invitation link remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for support purposes.
Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party tools for hosting, analytics and communication (such as WhatsApp Business). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your invitation and associated data by contacting us directly.
