InviteUtsav designs and delivers personalised digital invitations based on the design you select and the details you provide. Delivery timelines and inclusions vary by template, as shown on each design.
Placing an Order
An order begins once you select a design and share your event details with our team via the contact form or WhatsApp. Work begins after your details are received and, where applicable, payment is confirmed.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on the template or pricing page. Additional revisions beyond this can be requested as a paid add-on.
Your Content
You confirm that you have the right to share any names, photographs, wording or other content you provide, and you grant us permission to use it solely to create your invitation.
Delivery
Your finished invitation is delivered as a shareable link. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, responsiveness during revisions, or custom requests.
Acceptable Use
Invitations may not be used to promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that violates this.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
